I’m Ashley Alleyne — founder and CEO of OTOVA, former school psychologist, and someone who built this agency while working full-time and working toward a bigger vision.
I hired my first VA before I ever paid myself because I never wanted this to be a one-woman show. That decision changed my life.
Within 9 months, I was able to leave my 9–5, hire a second VA, and grow OTOVA into a trusted team that now supports powerhouse CEOs like you.
Today, I lead a team that gives visionary CEOs the kind of support I once needed: high-level thinking, seamless execution, and the systems that make it all sustainable.
